Ryan took the time for 45 minutes to go over all of my policies and tweaked them in ways that benefited me financially and with more protection on everything, which includes all our automotive, life insurance, pet insurance and homeowners insurance. He made me aware of so many perks on my policies that I had no idea existed, he’s incredible. His team is always a pleasure to talk to and they are so professional. I actually feel very comfortable and protected with this group of people, I feel like they really care and that’s not a trait that’s easy to find these days. "Ryan Platz agency is the worst agency I've ever dealt with!! A simple task of even changing a car on my policy. They dropped my car off THE POLICY completely and left me driving with no insurance didn't even TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR MISTAKE! ! Instead Ryan Platz told me it it was no big deal, stuck up for his employee, then proceeded to joke and lied about making good for their mess up on top of everything!
